I am taking the backup and need both the database structure and data for the first time and then only the data from 2nd run.
I want to do a daily restore of this backup in a different env. Ideally, I would like to keep the schema and restore only the data on a day-day basis.
Can you guide me what are all the options I need to choose from the Advanced settings--> Output SQL file options.

Thanks in advance

PostgreSQL-Backup performs databases backups, in the same way, as pg_dump tool. Sorry, but there is no way to restore backups using PostgreSQL-Backup tool, but they can be easily restored via command prompt:

1. Go to Postgres bin folder. For example: cd "C:\ProgramFiles\PostgreSQL\9.5\bin"
2. Enter the command to restore your database. For example: psql.exe -U <user-name> -d <database-name> -f <file-name>
3. Type password for your postgres user
4. Check the restore process

Also, you can add all necessary arguments, that you can use with pg_dump tool at the Advanced settings > More SQL Options... > Custom arguments.
