Hi,

Is there a way to backup individual tables separately?
Also, It should only backup new data based on the timestamp?

Hello,

Sure, you can backup individual tables separately, to do it please use "Extra command line params" field on "Export options" window to specify what tables do you want to add to backups or ignore.

For example, to backup certain tables Table1 and Table2, use these parameters: --tables Table1 Table2. To ignore tables Table1 and Table2, use these parameters: --ignore-table=dbname.Table1 --ignore-table=dbname.Table2.

To open "Export options" window, please click on "Advanced" button on the main window of MySQLBackupFTP application, then click on "More SQL Options..." button at "Advanced Settings" window and click on "Export options..." link at "Output SQL file options" window.

MySQLBackupFTP uses mysql dump tool to backup MySQL Server databases, so it can perform only full backup.
